4. Payment Terms
Subscription billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Your billing cycle begins on the date you activate your paid plan. All fees are in US dollars.
Payment methods
We accept major credit and debit cards. By providing payment information, you authorize JobVolt to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to retry. If payment is not resolved within 7 days, your account may be suspended. Services will be restored once payment is received.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our services (labor, software provisioning, and third-party costs), we do not offer refunds on paid months. If you cancel mid-month, service continues through the end of the paid period.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your JobVolt subscription at any time with no penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. To cancel, contact us at [email protected] or through your client dashboard.
Upon cancellation we will:

Your obligations as a JobVolt client
When JobVolt sends automated SMS or email communications to your customers on your behalf, you — as the business owner — are the message sender of record. You represent and warrant that:
- You have obtained prior express written consent from each contact before JobVolt sends them automated messages on your behalf
- Your contact lists are compliant with the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, and any applicable state laws
- You maintain records of consent for each contact and will provide them upon request
- You will honor opt-out requests from your contacts promptly and ensure they are applied to your contact lists
- You will not upload or provide contact lists that contain individuals who have previously opted out, are on the National Do Not Call Registry, or have not provided proper consent
JobVolt will process STOP replies automatically and suppress future messages to opted-out numbers. However, it is your responsibility to maintain compliant contact lists and not re-add opted-out contacts.
8. Intellectual Property
JobVolt and its underlying technology, platform, content, and branding are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in our platform beyond the limited license to use our services.
You retain ownership of your business data — your contacts, pipeline records, and customer information. We claim no ownership over your business's data.
9. Third-Party Services
JobVolt integrates with third-party services to deliver our platform, including telephony providers, Google APIs, payment processors, and CRM infrastructure. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective providers' terms of service. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of third-party services.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost leads, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We do not guarantee specific results, lead volumes, revenue outcomes, or search ranking positions. Marketing and SEO results vary by market, competition, and factors outside our control.

13. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared in the course of the business relationship — including pricing, business processes, and client data — and not to disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
